on the market)

Buyers looking at homes in January and February
are looking because they “need” to buy.
Most sellers do not want to come on the market in the early
months because they want to wait until the home shows the best (green grass and
flowers growing), and not wanting people to track mud into their home.

strongly consider getting on the market right away.
