50 ways to use Social Media
1) Post a new listing.
2) Post a picture of you putting up the Sale Pending.
3) Post a picture of you putting up the SOLD: ).
4) Post the buyer want for EACH buyer you go out with the day before, with an action step (ask who do they know thinking of selling).
5) When a new listing comes on that is a good buy, post you want someone to call you to see it today!
6) Post a picture of the new buyers at the new home (with you and ask people to please welcome…).
7) Always let your people know when the buyer is from out of town or State.
8) Search or ask who knows the owner of a listing that just expired.

41) Minimize your leisure posts to make them think you are always working.
42) Have a Real Estate posting ready to post for first thing in the morning or before bed (or both) so they think you work so much.
43) Always post with enthusiasm the educational things you are doing.
44) Create a 1 minute YouTube right away being excited of the properties benefits and post.
45) Do a TinyURL to a real good blog of yours.
46) Post a buyers needs of an agent in your office.

4) Email to your database you will do a 30 minute presentation explaining the Social Media of today.
5) Movie night, who’s in? Have maybe 2 nights a month you go out better where you can talk though.
