If you have a friend who has an issue and is dwelling upon it, it is so easy to see and understand that they are dwelling upon it, and that the quality of their life would so improve if they didn't let it get to them like that.
What about ourselves? How many times are we feeling good, and then just let our mind wander a slight bit to that nagging issue, and then that of course leads to another negative thought that remains in the back of our mind, then of course that connects with another and before you know it we have all those feelings of unfairness swirling inside of us.
Do you realize what vibration you are giving off at that point in time? Do you believe that every thign in the universe is based upon vibration, and therefore this is what you will connect with during the day?
So if we do realize that, then we can also realize that if we create the best possible vibration going on the inside of us (do not give me the sunconscious supportive reasons as to why you cannot, that is just yourself controlling yourself)what kind of wonderful thigns would you connect with day after day if you did change your vibration? Not only can you do it, you are the one who needs to do it.
So how do you know? The barometer is your feelings. If you are feeling poorly, it means your thoughts are such. So this is the importance of saying and being grateful for all that you do have, then let the universe know what you want in your life with the affirmations, and meditation is the cleansing of your mind. It gets all caught up with all the garbage and stimulie that is all around us. By takign some time and centering your mind, it is like flushing the toilet, you take away all the yucky stuff, and start clean and new.
So how many things are routine in your life that for some reason you or soemone in your past made you believe all these things are the important things you need to do? ie brush you teeth, comb your hair, shower get and read emails, if you could take 1 day, simply one day and walk away from your routine how would you make it different. So what is one day? Think about his and do it.....
