The first day was stopping in to see Uncle Mike and Mary-Lou. I think that I am still stuffed from the feast last night. Family is a wonderful thing to say the least, so easy to overlook the gift of those who care.
No real destination in mind today, only the fact I am going south toward warmer weather. Last night was more about visiting rather than planning, tonight i will be planning and figuring out where my travels will go next, today the universe will decide where I end up.
Allowing is the thing for today, I sent the email out to so many explaining how people can help, I was allowing people to help me and wow is all I can say. The amount of emails I got back made it so I spent quite a bit of time last night, and this morning trying so hard to get back to as many as I could. Has not been possible for me to respond to all yet. My goal today is to be in a hotel by 4 so I can make plans and start responding.
The how people can help next will come tomorrow morning, although I have already gotten so many people I need to call from my responses.
Today's thing to do... after you say 5 things you are grateful for ( a great thing to do in the ride into work ) go into the bathroom, put both hands on the sink, look yourself right in the eyes and tell yourself..."I love you" you will feel very goofy, do it a few times, and see what a change comes over you.... better than anything you could have taken in the 60's.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the "goofy" suggestion. One stupid regret that I have is that I became of age in Calif. did 2 tours in Vietnam worked in Cambridge Mass and to date--I still have not taken the 60's mind expanders.
I do hope I can remain as high on life as you appear to be.
