New Mexico

One of the prettiest states I have ever seen. The landscape is wonderful, yet very hard to describe, such nice outcroppings and open space.

Off to Arizona for a week, I have my meeting set up with the publisher for early in the week now, and will stay in one place for 7 days to write and catch up on all my coach wants me to get done. My sessions were to start on the 21st, however I have made contact to get going on this sooner and have promised to be their prized pupil.

Inside of me so wants to start talking to groups on how much life holds for each one of us, and how to connect with the universe for your benefit. The one step I have been holding back is meditation. I feel a new word needs to describe this. It is your connection with the universe and helps get clarity. Just like how all the best ideas come to you in the shower when you are having down time, and just alone with your thoughts meditation does the same thing. We race around to get things done, when if we took the time to stop relax and center on what is most important you can achieve anything, and so much more.

So what is most important to you? What is it that you want in your life? Thoughts do become things, and whatever you life is right now is what you feel and believe it should be.

We each give off vibrations, and we go around and match up with those whose vibrations are just like ours, and with our spoken word we see to it that the other persons vibrations become more like ours. So what vibration do you want to be a part of? Think about this, and make a shift to your vibration to create such.

The gratitudes help shift your vibration a little more posative, the affirmations solidify them, meditation helps center them even more, and your spoken word helps to continue shift your vibration to whatever it is you want. The tough part is that you will naturally want to go back to what your vibration was, so you need to be very careful during your day that you do not allow your spoken word to have you fall back into your normal patterned behavior. Keep a strong focus on it, and make sure you eliminate more and more of any form of negative self talk during the day. Be careful that you do not fall back by "I'm just joking" make your self talk connect you further and deeper into the universe you desire. If you truly work this and do this, even if you felt you were not a negative person before, you will see how much negative really was all around you. Aviod it do not be a part of it. Be nice to people in as many ways as you possibly can and notice the gifts you get in return.
