That you currently have an inner mapping that has been made up from your life up to this point in time, and that this mapping is not one you desire or want would you, and how would you change?
Be aware that your subconscious will do all it can to get you to continue the current behavior pattern. It is very smart, tricky and good at what it does. You see it will make up these incredible stories to get you to do the things you have taught it. Or the subconscious will go into your past and say "hey remember how this worked out this time" and get you to do the old patterned behavior.
Keep your mind in the now, do not let yourself go to the past or future negatively, keep the event as here and now, and keep a new sharp focus on what you want the outcome to be. Keep that focus, believe, and allow it to happen. You are the biggest key to this happening. Make sure the words and actions you do are supportive of the outcome you desire. No "I'm just joking" or anything like that, keep your focus and simply let it happen. It really is that easy, but for some reason mental discipline does not come easy for most human animals. Another point to remember the subconscious may even attract the individual that will "talk sense" to you and get you to do the old behavior... the subconscious is good... makes me wish I had 2 of them.
